- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Our goal is to provide Momentum and Structure.
3. Intellectual Property
- Fire Bass Solutions Property: All proprietary frameworks, “Momentum Roadmaps,” custom SOP templates, and website content are the intellectual property of Fire Bass Solutions LLC.
- Limited License: Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for their internal business operations only. You may not resell or redistribute our frameworks as your own.
- Client Property: Any artistic works, metadata, or digital assets you provide for transformation remain your sole property.
4. User Conduct
We believe in grounded, intentional business. Users are prohibited from:
- Using our frameworks for deceptive or “hype-based” marketing.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our digital tools or site architecture.
- Engaging in any behavior that disrupts the “no-fluff” integrity of the Fire Bass Solutions community.
